Piscifun Affiliate Program Agreement

This document outlines the terms and conditions ("Agreement") for your participation in the Piscifun Affiliate Program ("Program"). By registering, you agree to abide by these terms, forming a binding contract between you and Piscifun.

1.1 Admittance:
Registration grants access to the Program. You are responsible for any expenses incurred (e.g., travel, marketing, equipment).

1.2 Use of Likeness:
By participating, you grant Piscifun the right to use your image, name, or likeness in any media worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation.

1.3 Program Changes:
Piscifun may modify any aspect of the Program (content, coupons, requirements, branding, etc.) at any time.

1.4 Age Requirement:
You must be at least 21 years old to participate.

1.5 Affiliate Status:
You must clearly disclose your status as an affiliate partner and acknowledge that you are not an employee of Piscifun.

2.1 Complimentary Code Misuse:
Complimentary codes must not be sold, traded, distributed, or shared outside of approved affiliate channels. Violations may result in removal, commission forfeiture, or legal action.

2.2 Disruptive Conduct:
Piscifun reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct disrupts the Program or harms the brand.

2.3 Trademark Misuse:
Affiliates may not use Piscifun trademarks, branded terms, variations, misspellings, or TM+ combinations—including but not limited to “piscifun coupon,” “piscifun code,” “piscifun review,” etc.—in paid search, metadata, domains, subdomains, or marketing materials without written approval.

2.4 Unethical or Non-Compliant Marketing:
The following are strictly prohibited:

Any PPC advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads, paid social, retargeting, display ads, etc.)

Bidding on any Piscifun trademark or TM+ terms

Using or promoting unauthorized codes

Wholesale, dropshipping, or any funnel that does not direct users to the official Piscifun site

Popup ads, click-under ads, adult traffic, incentivized traffic

Fraudulent activity of any kind

Violations may result in removal and immediate commission reversal.

2.5 Future Exclusion:
Piscifun reserves the right to exclude individuals from future affiliate opportunities.

2.6 Fraud & TM Violations:
Any TM, TM+, PPC, or coupon policy violation may result in commissions being withdrawn, reversed, or permanently withheld.

3.1 Information Protection:
Piscifun protects all affiliate information and does not sell or share personal data with third parties. Information is used solely for Program administration.

4.1 Ownership:
All intellectual property—including logos, content, trademarks, product images, and promotional assets—belongs to Piscifun.

4.2 No Rights Granted:
This Agreement does not grant affiliates any rights to use Piscifun intellectual property except as expressly permitted for Program participation.

5.1 Disclaimer:
The Program and related materials are provided “as is” without any warranties.

5.2 Limitation of Liability:
Piscifun is not liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from participation.

5.3 Maximum Liability:
Piscifun’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by you to participate (if any).

6.1 Approved Codes Only:
Affiliates may promote only coupon codes issued directly to them by the Piscifun Affiliate Program or the designated affiliate network.

6.2 Unauthorized Code Usage:
Use of coupon codes from other Piscifun channels—including influencer partnerships, paid media, CRM/EDM, SMS, or internal promotions—is prohibited and may result in commission reversal.

6.3 Misleading or Manipulative Code Promotion:
Piscifun may review, adjust, or remove commissions related to:

Unauthorized code use

Misrepresented discounts

Incorrect coupon claims
Repeated violations may lead to reduced commissions or removal from the Program.

7.1 Order Tracking:
Commissions are paid only on properly tracked and verified sales.

7.2 Returns & Fraud:
No commissions will be earned on returned items, fraudulent purchases, or chargebacks.

7.3 Split Commission:
If multiple affiliate programs track the same order, the commission will be divided equally.

8.1 No Paid Search or PPC Advertising:
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from running any PPC campaigns, including:

Google Ads

Bing Ads

Paid social ads

Display, retargeting, or any paid search tactic

No PPC advertising is allowed under any circumstances.

8.2 Trademark Protection:
Affiliates may not use, bid on, or target Piscifun trademark terms, domain names, misspellings, variations, or TM+ combinations in any paid advertising.

8.3 Redirects & Traffic Restrictions:
Affiliates may not:

Redirect paid traffic to Piscifun

Use masked URLs or cloaking

Use wholesale, dropshipping, or non-approved funnels

All traffic must originate from allowed, organic sources.

8.4 Non-Compliance:
Any PPC, TM, or TM+ violation will result in full commission reversal and may lead to removal from the Program.

9.1 Disclosure:
Affiliates must clearly disclose affiliate relationships before the affiliate link. Examples: “AD:” or “Affiliate Link.”

9.2 Social Media Requirements:
Posts must include clear, conspicuous disclosure. End-of-post disclaimers are not sufficient.

10.1 No Waiver:
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.

10.2 Force Majeure:
Piscifun is not responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its control.

10.3 Severability:
If any part of this Agreement is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.

10.4 Entire Agreement:
This document constitutes the full agreement between you and Piscifun.

10.5 No Authority:
This Agreement does not create an employee, agency, or joint venture relationship.

By participating in the Piscifun Affiliate Program, you agree to all of the above terms.
