Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions
By signing up for the LedEquipped Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a % commission (customizable by program) on qualifying sales referred through their unique tracking link.
Commissions are calculated based on the subtotal of each order, excluding shipping, taxes, and returns.
Payouts are made monthly after a 30-day holding period to account for returns or cancellations.
2. Eligibility
Affiliates must operate a valid website, social media page, or marketing platform relevant to emergency lighting, public safety, automotive accessories, or a similar category.
We reserve the right to reject or remove any affiliate at our discretion, especially for inappropriate content, fraudulent activity, or misrepresentation of our brand.
3. Use of Marketing Materials
Affiliates are welcome to use any provided banners, images, or content.
You may not modify our logos or brand assets without written permission.
Paid search bidding on our branded terms (e.g., “LedEquipped”) is not allowed.
4. Order Tracking
Orders are tracked via cookies set when users click on your affiliate link.
Cookies remain active for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
5. Prohibited Activities
No spamming, false advertising, or misleading claims.
No coupon or deal sites unless approved in advance.
Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees or partners of LedEquipped.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
Any earned but unpaid commissions will be paid upon termination unless the account is flagged for violation.
7. Modification
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.
