Enrolment
All affiliate applications are reviewed manually through the AWIN network. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion.
Websites containing adult, offensive, illegal, misleading or low-quality content will not be accepted.
Voucher, coupon, cashback and loyalty sites are not permitted in this programme.
Website & Content Restrictions
Affiliates may not promote The Personal Barber on websites or platforms that:
Contain adult, hateful, violent or illegal material
Infringe intellectual property or trademark rights
Use software or techniques that intercept or redirect web traffic
Misrepresent The Personal Barber brand, products or pricing
All promotional content should reflect our brand’s premium, sustainable and traditional positioning.
Linking & Promotion
Affiliates must use tracking links, creatives and promotional assets supplied through AWIN.
Affiliates may not:
Alter our logo, branding or product imagery
Imitate or replicate our website design or content
Frame, mirror or otherwise reproduce our website
Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, misleading redirects and hidden tracking methods are strictly prohibited.
Paid Search (PPC) Policy
Affiliates may not bid on The Personal Barber brand name or any variations, including misspellings.
Affiliates may not use our brand name in ad copy, ad titles, display URLs or domain names.
Direct linking from paid search ads to our website is not permitted.
Generic PPC campaigns related to shaving or grooming may only be run with prior written approval.
Coupon & Discount Policy
Affiliates may only promote discount codes or promotions provided directly via AWIN or published on our official website.
Affiliates may not:
Promote expired or fabricated discount codes
Suggest exclusivity where an offer is publicly available
Promote unauthorised discounts
Commission & Tracking
Commission is paid on the final net sale value excluding VAT, shipping and service fees.
The programme operates using last-click attribution.
Commission may be declined for cancelled, refunded, duplicate or fraudulent orders.
Commission rates vary depending on publisher type and performance and may be adjusted at our discretion.
Sub-Affiliate Networks
Affiliates may not promote The Personal Barber through sub-affiliate networks, partner networks or undisclosed third-party publishers without prior written permission.
Compliance & Disclosure
Affiliates must comply with applicable advertising and disclosure regulations, including guidance issued by the UK Advertising Standards Authority.
Affiliates must clearly disclose when links generate commission.
Programme Compliance
Affiliates who breach these terms, fail to respond to compliance enquiries, or engage in misleading promotional activity may be suspended or removed from the programme. Any associated commissions may be withheld.
