RYOT® Affiliate Program Summary
Do not apply if your website promotes sexually explicit materials, violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.
We do not work with partners distributing downloadable software without clear user consent or those engaging in forced redirects, commission hijacking, or similar fraudulent behavior. Spamming is prohibited.
The default commission rate is 10%. Custom commission structures may apply based on promotional method and customer type (e.g., new vs. returning). Commissions on wholesale orders are not allowed.
AFFILIATE AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT. YOU MAY PRINT THIS PAGE FOR YOUR RECORDS. THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND RYOT. BY SUBMITTING THE ONLINE APPLICATION YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR EACH TERM AND CONDITION.
1. Overview
This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to you becoming an affiliate in the RYOT Affiliate Program. The purpose of this Agreement is to allow HTML linking between your website and RYOT’s website. Throughout this Agreement, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to RYOT, and “you,” “your,” and “yours” refer to the affiliate.
2. Affiliate Obligations
2.1. To begin the enrollment process, you will complete and submit the online application through the AWIN affiliate platform. We may reject your application at our sole discretion. We may cancel your application if we determine that your site is unsuitable for our Program, including if it:
2.1.1. Promotes sexually explicit materials that are not in line with our brand ethics
2.1.2. Promotes violence
2.1.3. Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
2.1.4. Promotes illegal activities
2.1.5. Incorporates any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights or to violate the law
2.1.6. Includes “RYOT” or variations or misspellings thereof in its domain name
2.1.7. Is otherwise in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion
2.1.8. Contains software downloads that potentially enable diversions of commission from other affiliates in our program
2.1.9. Creates or designs a site that resembles our website or misleads customers into believing they are interacting with RYOT
2.2. As a member of RYOT’s Affiliate Program, you will have access to the Affiliate Account Manager within AWIN. There you can review program details, access affiliate newsletters, download banners and links, and generate tracking URLs. You must use the provided HTML or tracking code to ensure accurate reporting.
2.3. RYOT reserves the right, at any time, to review your placement and require changes to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
2.4. You are responsible for maintaining your website content. We may monitor your site to ensure it is current and aligned with the program’s standards.
2.5. You must follow all applicable laws related to intellectual property. We are not liable for your misuse of third-party copyrighted content.
2.6. Affiliates are required to comply with the FTC’s disclosure rules for testimonials and endorsements. Any material relationship with RYOT must be clearly disclosed on your website or social media.
3. RYOT Rights and Obligations
3.1. We may monitor your website to ensure compliance with this Agreement and notify you of any required changes. Continued non-compliance may result in termination.
3.2. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your participation in the affiliate program at any time, with or without notice.
3.3. This Agreement begins upon our acceptance of your application and remains in effect until terminated by either party.
4. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice (email is acceptable). This Agreement also terminates immediately upon breach of any of its terms.
5. Modification
We may modify any part of this Agreement at any time. Notice will be provided by email. Your continued participation after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
6. Payment
RYOT uses the AWIN affiliate network to manage tracking and commission payments. Please refer to AWIN’s terms and conditions for more on how payments are handled.
We pay commissions on all qualifying affiliate sales made directly on RYOT.com within the attribution window. If we request clarification on any transaction and do not receive a timely, clear response, we reserve the right to reverse commissions or suspend your account.

7. Access to Affiliate Account Interface
You will create an account login for AWIN, which provides access to performance data, commission reports, and promotional materials.
8. Promotion Restrictions
You are free to promote your own websites, but any promotion involving RYOT must be transparent and must not misrepresent your affiliation. Misleading or deceptive practices, including spamming or identity concealment, are strictly prohibited.
Affiliate emails must be sent only to opted-in recipients with proper opt-out mechanisms. Newsgroup postings are only allowed where commercial messages are explicitly permitted.
9. Paid Search (PPC) Policy
You may not bid on the RYOT brand name (e.g., “RYOT,” “RYOT.com”) or use it in your ad copy, display URL, or as a direct destination URL.
We allow limited bidding on “RYOT + coupon” or “RYOT + deal” keywords by pre-approved coupon and cashback partners only. These affiliates receive reduced commissions and must not mislead users or appear to represent the brand.
All other affiliates must add “RYOT” and related variations to their negative keyword lists.
Violations of this policy may result in commission reversals or termination from the program.
