Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in the Boerlind Affiliate Program. We value our partnerships and aim to ensure a transparent, fair, and mutually beneficial relationship with all our affiliate partners. By joining and participating in the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Prohibited Marketing Practices
To maintain the integrity of the Boerlind brand and ensure fair marketing practices, the following are strictly prohibited:
a. Paid Search Restrictions
Affiliates are not permitted to engage in search engine marketing (SEM), including but not limited to:
Bidding on Boerlind-branded keywords or trademarked terms on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo, etc.
Using Boerlind trademark terms in any paid ads, ad copy, headlines, URLs, or display URLs.
b. Restricted Keyword List
Affiliates may not bid on, use, or target any of the following terms or variations (including misspellings, alternate spellings, or spacing):

boerlind.com coupon code
boerlind promo code
boerlind.com promo code
boerlind promotional code
boerlind.com promotional code
Any attempt to use these terms in paid advertising, search engine marketing, or display advertising will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of pending commissions.
2. Trademark and Brand Usage
You may only use Boerlind’s name, logo, or any other proprietary brand assets with prior written consent. Unauthorized use of Boerlind intellectual property may lead to termination from the affiliate program and possible legal action.
3. Promotional Methods
Acceptable promotional methods include:
Content creation (e.g., blogs, product reviews, YouTube videos)
Organic social media promotion
Email marketing (subject to compliance with all applicable laws and approval from Boerlind)
Inclusion on deal/coupon or loyalty sites (unless violating Section 1)
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Boerlind as required by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)and all applicable regulations.
4. Coupon Usage Guidelines
Affiliates may only promote authorized coupon codes provided directly by Boerlind or our official affiliate team. Use of unauthorized or expired coupon codes is strictly prohibited and may lead to reversal of commissions and/or termination.
5. Commission Reversals
Boerlind reserves the right to reverse commissions due to:
Canceled orders
Returned products
Duplicate or fraudulent transactions
Violation of any of the terms listed in this agreement
6. Program Changes and Termination
Boerlind reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate this affiliate program or any of its terms at any time. Notice of changes will be made via our affiliate platform. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Boerlind shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this affiliate program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this agreement.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of laws principles.
