Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before becoming an affiliate for Dobell. These terms govern your participation in the Dobell Affiliate Program.
1. Definitions
“We”, “Our”, and “Us” refer to Dobell and its affiliate program. “You” refers to the affiliate/publisher partner.
2. Website & Marketing Policies
Paid Search / SEM / PPC (Brand Terms): You may not bid on Dobell’s name or any variation of its trademarks/brands in paid search advertising or search engine marketing.
Marketing approvals: All marketing materials must be approved by Dobell prior to use. Approvals are valid for a maximum of 5 days from the approval date.
Prohibited content: We prohibit content that violates intellectual property rights or contains obscenity/profanity.
3. Affiliate Links & Tracking
We will provide you with a unique referral link to include on your website/marketing materials. You must use this affiliate link properly and must not manipulate tracking or create redirects. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate tracking if we suspect fraud or abuse. This includes (but is not limited to) any form of tracking manipulation, cookie dropping, or misleading redirects.
4. Commission & Payments
Earn between 5% and 10% on all qualified sales tracked via your affiliate link. Commissions are calculated and paid approximately 60 days after the period closes. We reserve the right to adjust commission rates with 7 days’ notice.
5. Voucher Codes
Only promote affiliate-authorised voucher codes available in the ‘Discount Vouchers’ section in Awin. You’ll earn a 5% commission on eligible sales.
Affiliates may only use voucher codes issued through the affiliate channel. Unauthorised code promotions will result in declined transactions.
6. Validation of Sales Where a Voucher Code Has Been Used
To help monitor affiliate use of voucher codes, Dobell has implemented Awin’s voucher code tracking. This allows individual codes used within a transaction to be listed next to each order number.
Dobell reserves the right to decline any sales that have been tracked with an unauthorised voucher code, whether this code was promoted on the affiliate site or not.
What you need to do:
Any affiliates promoting voucher codes must ensure they display only the codes listed above, as any other codes used in transactions may result in declined sales.
7. PPC Activity
KEYWORDS
Affiliates are required to refrain from registering or bidding on our brand terms, or misspellings, on all search engines or similar services. These terms include, but are not limited to:

Direct linking to the Dobell website from paid search advertising is strictly prohibited. Affiliates must not link paid search ads directly to dobell.co.uk or any Dobell-owned domains. All paid search activity, where permitted, must direct users to the affiliate’s own website first. For clarity: generic, non-brand keywords may be used, provided brand terms (and variations/misspellings) are added as negative keywords and ads do not link directly to Dobell-owned domains.
Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on brand + voucher code terms. Bidding on generic product-related terms is allowed.
Affiliates are asked to include brand and misspelling terms as negative keywords in all of their search engine marketing campaigns. This includes, but is not limited to:

VOUCHER CODE USE
Any promotional and incentive offers and codes must be authorised through Awin. Use of unauthorised codes will result in non-payment of commission. Awin will be closely monitoring all voucher codes used in affiliate sales.
Affiliates found promoting unauthorised codes face immediate suspension from the program. If you are unsure which voucher codes you may promote, please email ellalazar@dobell.co.uk
8. Creative
Affiliates may not alter any creative assets or text links available through the Awin interface. Affiliates are also requested not to hardcode banners into their sites, so updates made within Awin can take immediate effect.
By applying for the Dobell program, you agree to the above Terms & Conditions.
Anyone found infringing these terms will be warned and may have commissions reversed. We reserve the right to withhold commission during this time. Reactivation will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
9. Policies & Term
We may modify these terms at any time without notice. Violation of these terms may result in withholding/forfeiting commission payments and termination from the programme. Either party may terminate this agreement for any reason with 7 days’ written notice.
Dobell makes no guarantees regarding success or income projections for this affiliate programme. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England.
