Creative Usage Guidelines
Affiliates must utilize the provided creative assets and text links through the Affiliate Window interface as-is, without any modifications. Altering the materials in any way is strictly prohibited.
To ensure affiliates consistently display the most up-to-date assets, we request that banners not be hardcoded into websites. This allows any updates made available through Affiliate Window to take immediate effect across all promotional channels.
By applying for the Dobell affiliate program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these creative usage terms and conditions.
Infringement Consequences
Any violation of these terms will result in an immediate warning issued to the affiliate. We reserve the right to withhold earned commissions during the review period. Reversing previously paid commissions may also occur in cases of serious breach.
Reinstatement of an affiliate's account access will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis following an infringement. Repeated or egregious violations may result in permanent termination from the program.
