Search Engine and Domain Policies:
Bidding on Keywords: Affiliates are not allowed to bid on any search platform for generating traffic.
Domain Restrictions: Affiliates must not register, buy, or use domains that could be mistaken for Legend Footwear. This includes creating websites that impersonate our official site.
Misleading Domains: Affiliates may not create subdomains or domains that mislead users into believing they are affiliated with Legend Footwear.
Social Media Promotion: Affiliates must clearly identify themselves in any social media promotions and must not supplant Legend Footwear's identity.
Coupon Code Policies:
Authorized Codes Only: Affiliates may only advertise coupon codes distributed by Legend Footwear. Sales through unauthorized codes will be invalid and canceled.
Promotion of Codes: Affiliates must not promote unauthorized coupon codes.
Product Feeds & CSS Google Shopping:
CSS Activity: Unless approved in writing, CSS Google Shopping activity is not permitted. CSS partners must disclose their promotional intentions.
Sub-networks:
Partner Visibility: Sub-networks must provide full visibility of partners and obtain permission before adding new partners. They must not work with social media or user-generated content sites without explicit permission.
Deactivation: Sub-networks must be able to switch off partners within 48 hours.
Creative Assets:
Legend Footwear does not permit any affiliates to alter creative or text links provided through the Awin platform.
Hardcoding banners into web platforms or sites is prohibited to ensure updates via Awin take immediate effect.
Infringements may lead to reversed commissions and, with repeat offenses, permanent suspension.

Email Marketing
Approval Process:
All email marketing campaigns must be signed off by Legend Footwear prior to going live.
Affiliate Approvals
Site Audits:
All affiliate sites are audited to ensure brand compliance and protect Legend Footwear's image.
Affiliates without a working URL will be automatically rejected.
Validations
Commission Validation:
Commissions are validated within 30 day period.
Commissions on returned goods will be reclaimed.
Reasons for declined commissions include:
- Unverified orders
- Expired transactions or baskets
- Returned or canceled orders
- Incomplete pending orders
- Customer failed credit check
- Breach of programme terms and conditions
- Duplicate order
- & Others
Transaction Queries:
All transaction queries must be submitted via the Awin platform within 30 days following the sale.
Queries made after this period will be declined.
Continuous non-compliance may result in termination of the collaboration.
Penalties for Violations:
Immediate Removal: Violating the above terms can lead to rejection from the program.
Permanent Ban: Any publisher found running Google Ads will be banned from the affiliate program for life, with all commissions voided.
Notice Period
At Legend Footwear, we aim to give affiliates 7-day' notice for major changes, but in rare cases, changes may occur sooner. Please monitor AWIN emails for updates as we may not contact you directly.
Performance Monitoring
Legend Footwear values relationships with affiliates who promote their brands to their optimal capacity, we reserve the right to remove under-performing affiliates due to lack of capacity.
Policy Modifications:
Changes: These policies may be modified from time to time. We advise affiliates to review them regularly.
