Affiliates are not allowed to bid on any search platform for generating traffic.
Affiliates MUST NOT register/buy or use domains that users may believe are part of Legend Footwear.
Affiliates may not create websites that may impersonate Legend Footwear website.
Affiliates are not allowed to buy, register or create domains or subdomains which may mislead users to believe that such a site is the merchants brand website.
Affiliates are not allowed to supplant by any means the merchant's identity in any promotion. Affiliate must be easily identified by users in any promotion in social media.
Affiliates may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are distributed by the merchant. Any sales registered through other coupon codes will not be considered as valid and will be cancelled.
Affiliates are not allowed to promote coupon codes that have not been issued via the affiliate channel.
Affiliates violating the above T&C will be rejected from the program.
If any publisher is found running Google Ads, said publisher will be banned from the Legend Footwear affiliate program for life and all commissions will be voided.
Product Feeds & CSS Google Shopping
Unless you have stated in writing with Legend Footwear, CSS Google Shopping activity is not permitted.
If you are a CSS partner, we would like to understand more about who you are and have an awareness that you are running CSS activity - please reach out to our team and disclose that you intend for CSS to be a means of promotion.
Sub-networks
Sub-networks must provide full visibility of partners proposing to join the programs and must not add new partners without Legend Footwear’s permission.
Sub-networks must not work with social media/blog publishers or sites hosting user-generated content, without explicit permission from Legend Footwear and all partners operating under the network must be compliant to this criterion. Sub-networks must be able to switch off partners within 48 hours.
Removal of Partners
Legend Footwear values relationships with affiliates who promote their brands to their optimal capacity, we reserve the right to remove any under-performing affiliate due to a lack of capacity.
Legend Footwear reserves the right to modify these policies from time to time. We request our affiliate partners to review this space for changes.
