1. Enrollment in the Program
To enroll in the NADIOL Affiliate Program, applicants must complete and submit the online application. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.
2. Commissions
Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on the total order value of qualifying purchases made through their affiliate links. Commissions exclude returns, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions.
3. Payouts
Commissions will be paid out in accordance with Awin's payout policy. Payments will occur monthly provided the commission earned meets Awin's minimum payout threshold. Payments will be made via the method specified by Awin.
4. Affiliate Links and Promotion
Affiliates are provided with unique referral links to track sales. These links can be utilized on websites, social media, email campaigns, and other promotional channels. Affiliates must refrain from engaging in misleading or unethical promotional practices, including false advertising and spam.
5. Content Restrictions
Affiliates are prohibited from promoting NADIOL products on websites or platforms containing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content, such as content promoting violence, discrimination, or pornography.
6. Termination
NADIOL reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time for any reason, including non-compliance with these terms and conditions. Upon termination, affiliates must discontinue use of all affiliate links and promotional materials.
7. Relationship
Participation in the NADIOL Affiliate Program does not establish a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between affiliates and NADIOL. Affiliates operate as independent contractors.
8. Modification
NADIOL retains the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at its discretion. Affiliates will receive notification of any changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Liability
NADIOL is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program. No express or implied warranties are provided regarding potential income from the program.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
