Language Compliance: Affiliates should use language and style consistent with the Speediance brand in their promotions. They should avoid false advertising and not misleadingly describe Speediance products or services.
Intellectual Property Protection: Affiliates must not infringe on Speediance's intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, patents, and copyrights. They should avoid using trademarks, domain names, or other identifiers that conflict with or are similar to the Speediance brand.
Brand Image Consistency: Affiliates should maintain brand image consistency across any promotion-related materials or channels related to Speediance. This includes websites, social media, advertising, and other marketing materials.
Prohibition of Brand Denigration: Affiliates must not in any way denigrate or damage the reputation or brand image of Speediance. They must not post false, defamatory, or negative comments or content.
Brand Collaboration: Affiliates should actively support Speediance's brand values and mission to build a lasting partnership.
