Speediance Affiliate Program Terms
Welcome to the Speediance Affiliate Program on Awin! By participating in our program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility: Participation in the Speediance Affiliate Program on Awin is open to individuals and entities that comply with our program requirements and are approved by Speediance and Awin.
Awin Policies: Affiliates must adhere to all policies and guidelines set forth by Awin, including but not limited to their Code of Conduct, Acceptable Use Policy, and any other applicable policies.
Promotional Methods: Affiliates are permitted to promote Speediance products and services through approved channels as outlined by Awin. However, affiliates must adhere to ethical marketing practices and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn commissions on qualifying sales referred to Speediance through their unique affiliate links as tracked by Awin's platform. The commission structure and rates will be outlined in the affiliate agreement on Awin.
Cookie Duration: Sales will be attributed to affiliates based on Awin's tracking system with a cookie duration as specified by Awin's policies. This means that affiliates will receive credit for sales made within the specified cookie duration period as tracked by Awin.
Payment: Commissions earned by affiliates will be paid out according to Awin's payment schedule and policies. Payments will be made via Awin's payment methods once the minimum payout threshold is reached as per Awin's policies.
Brand Guidelines: Affiliates must adhere to Speediance's brand guidelines when promoting Speediance products and services. This includes using approved brand assets, maintaining brand consistency, and following any additional brand-specific requirements outlined by Speediance.
Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any activities that may harm Speediance's reputation or brand image. This includes but is not limited to, deceptive marketing practices, spamming, or promoting illegal or unethical content.
Term and Termination: The affiliate agreement between Speediance, Awin, and the affiliate will remain in effect until terminated by either party. Speediance and Awin reserve the right to terminate the agreement if the affiliate violates any of the terms outlined herein or in Awin's policies.
Modification of Terms: Speediance and Awin reserve the right to modify these Program Terms at any time without prior notice. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms to ensure compliance.
By joining the Speediance Affiliate Program on Awin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Program Terms. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your affiliate account on Awin.
