General Program Overview
The MOD BIKES Affiliate Program rewards publishers who introduce MOD BIKES to new audiences and contribute to brand growth through original, educational, and inspirational content.
This program is intended for creators, publishers, and platforms that add genuine value to the customer journey by influencing discovery, consideration, and purchase decisions. The program is not intended for attribution-only activity, incentive-only placements, or last-click discounting.
All publishers must comply with the terms outlined below to participate in the MOD BIKES Affiliate Program.
Eligibility & Approval
All publishers are subject to manual review and approval
MOD BIKES reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion
Approval into the program does not guarantee ongoing participation
MOD BIKES may remove any publisher from the program at any time if program terms are violated or if the partnership no longer aligns with brand objectives.
Commission Scope
Commissions are available on new customer transactions only
A “new customer” is defined as a customer who has not previously placed an order with MOD BIKES
Orders from existing customers are not eligible for commission
The standard commission rate is 2%, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
MOD BIKES may offer increased commission rates to select partners based on performance, content quality, or strategic alignment.
Transaction Validation
All affiliate transactions are initially placed in a pending status
Transactions are reviewed and approved 30 days after the order date
This validation period allows for cancellations, returns, chargebacks, and fraud review
Any order that is returned, cancelled, refunded, duplicated, or deemed invalid will not be commissionable.

Commission Integrity
MOD BIKES reserves the right to decline or reverse commissions for transactions that do not represent meaningful affiliate-driven value, including but not limited to:
Transactions primarily driven by MOD BIKES’ own marketing efforts, including email, SMS, paid advertising, or internal promotions
Unauthorized or unapproved use of promotional codes
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activity
Attribution-only behavior where the affiliate did not materially influence the purchase decision
All decisions regarding commission approval are final.
Program Modifications
MOD BIKES reserves the right to update or modify program terms, commission structures, and eligibility requirements at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these terms.
