MOD BIKES Branding Guidelines

 

Affiliates may reference MOD BIKES solely for the purpose of promoting approved affiliate content, subject to the following guidelines:

Affiliates may use the MOD BIKES brand name only in a factual, accurate, and non-misleading manner.

Affiliates may not represent themselves as MOD BIKES, an official MOD BIKES account, or an official MOD BIKES partner.

Affiliates may not use MOD BIKES branding, logos, or creative assets in any way that implies ownership, endorsement, or official affiliation beyond participation in the affiliate program.

Affiliates may not register, use, or control domains, social media accounts, usernames, or display names that include “MOD BIKES” or any confusingly similar variation.

MOD BIKES trademarks, logos, and brand assets may only be used if explicitly provided or approved in writing by MOD BIKES.

Affiliates may reference MOD BIKES only on approved platforms and content types associated with their registered affiliate account.

Affiliates may not imply exclusive offers, special pricing, or official promotions unless explicitly authorized by MOD BIKES.

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with MOD BIKES in accordance with FTC and applicable advertising guidelines.

MOD BIKES reserves the right to request removal or modification of any content that misrepresents the brand or does not align with brand standards.

Failure to comply with these branding guidelines may result in commission reversal and/or removal from the MOD BIKES affiliate program.
