Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that the correct links are always used. Please note that we are not responsible for broken links and commissions cannot be paid if there are issues related to links.
If an affiliate breaches our terms, commissions may be reduced to zero and we may suspend or terminate the affiliate’s partnership.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM.
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in Aviela's Affiliate Program. By participating in the Affiliate Program, you are confirming that you accept these terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not participate in the Affiliate Program.
1. Aviela Skincare Ltd (trading as Aviela) is the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights on avielaskincare.com and in the material published on them. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
2. The trademarks, logos and trade names displayed on the avielaskincare.com ("Marks") are the property of Aviela Skincare Ltd. You are not permitted to download, copy, modify or use the Marks without the prior written consent of Aviela Skincare Ltd.
3. You may only set up an Affiliate link with the prior written consent of Aviela Skincare Ltd .
4. You must not take any action that passes off or otherwise misrepresents your relationship with Aviela Skincare Ltd , including using a avielskincare.com URL as display URL in Google, or any other paid performance website or generally mislead the consumer into believing any advertisement is from Aviela Skincare official website.
5. Aviela Skincare Ltd expressly reserves the right to revoke consent and/or the rights granted for you to link to the Aviela website at any time at Aviela’s discretion and without notice and to direct you to remove from your website any links to the Aviela website (including Affiliate links) or Marks.
6. You shall fully indemnify Aviela for any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Aviela reserves the right to vary or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes shall take effect upon reasonable notice to you.
8. Any dispute arising between you and Aviela in relation to these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction for the purposes of any such dispute.
