What promotional types of publishers are allowed to work on your program?
CashbackCashback partners are welcome. Sales where direct or internal channels also touched the conversion may be deduplicated per the De-Duplication policy.
CommunityEditorial-aligned community sites, forums, and group platforms are welcome. Affiliates are responsible for FTC-compliant disclosure on any post containing an affiliate link. See Section 12.
ContentEditorial content sites, blogs, newsletters, and influencer channels are the primary target audience. Affiliates are responsible for FTC-compliant disclosure on any post containing an affiliate link.
Coupon Code
E-mailEmail promotion permitted via opt-in lists with explicit subscriber consent. Unsolicited or list-rental email is prohibited per the SPAM policy in Section 6.
LoyaltyLoyalty and rewards publishers are welcome. Downstream publishers must comply with PPC, Coupon, and COPPA requirements in the Program Terms.
SearchGeneric non-brand keyword paid search permitted. Trademark, TM+keyword, and direct linking to game-u.com are prohibited. See PPC tab and Section 7 of Program Terms.
Behavioural Retargeting
Media BrokersSub-affiliate networks and aggregators welcome. Operators are responsible for downstream publisher compliance with PPC, Coupon, COPPA, and other Program Terms requirements.
Are there any other restrictions that publishers need to consider? For example promoting adult content or age-restricted products.Publishers must not promote our program in connection with adult content, gambling, alcohol, tobacco, firearms, dating, or any content unsuitable for minors. All promotional creative must be family-friendly and accurately represent the program.
