GameU

Program Terms

GameU's name, logo, and other brand assets may be used solely for the purpose of promoting the GameU Affiliate Program. Affiliates may not modify GameU brand assets, imply partnership beyond the affiliate relationship, or use brand assets in any way that suggests endorsement by GameU of unrelated products or services.

Standard banner and text link placements provided through the Awin platform may be used without additional approval. Use of brand assets in formats or contexts beyond standard placement — including custom creative, video, packaging, merchandise, or co-branded campaigns — requires prior written approval from GameU's Affiliate Program Manager.

The full GameU Brand Guidelines are available in the Documents tab of this program profile. Affiliates producing any custom creative or written copy should reference the guidelines, particularly the following operational requirements:

Vocabulary — use: STEAM, STEAM Skills, Virtual, Classes, Summer Camps, Instructors, Free Trial, Virtual 1:1 / Group Classes.

Vocabulary — avoid: STEM (we are STEAM, not STEM), On-line, Courses, Summer Classes, Professors / Teachers, Free Intro Class, Demo Class, Live 1:1.

Imagery — do: show kids and teens ages 6-17 (emphasis on ages 8-12), kids working virtually from home, all genders and backgrounds represented, and parents and kids together. Technology shown in imagery should match what GameU students actually use.

Imagery — avoid: classroom settings, depictions of "gaming" (GameU is an educational STEAM platform, not a gaming platform), all-one-race or all-one-gender groupings.

Logos: use the logo variants provided. Do not alter colors, proportions, or compose against backgrounds that compromise legibility. Correct and incorrect logo usage examples are documented in the Brand Guidelines.

Affiliates are only entitled to use GameU brand assets while in good standing in the Program. GameU may revoke brand-use rights at any time by written notice.

See the General Terms for the full trademark and brand-use license.
