Our Brand Voice: The Essence of Karma Water

Our brand voice is a reflection of our core values: positivity, innovation, and wellness. We want our partners to speak about Karma Water in a way that is inspiring, authentic, and clear.

Inspiring and Positive: Our tone is upbeat and encouraging. We focus on the benefits of our products and how they contribute to a healthier, more active lifestyle. We use words that evoke a sense of well-being, such as "refresh," "recharge," and "nourish." Avoid overly clinical or negative language.

Innovative and Smart: Our patented cap technology is what makes us unique. We're proud of our smart design and we want our affiliates to communicate this innovation. You can talk about the "fresh dose of vitamins" and the "push-cap technology" to highlight what sets us apart. Our voice is intelligent but never pretentious—we explain the science simply and clearly.

Authentic and Accessible: We want to connect with everyday people who are looking to make healthier choices. Our voice should be relatable and down-to-earth. Avoid jargon and overly formal language. We’re not just a drink; we're a part of a balanced, mindful lifestyle.

In all your communications, whether in a blog post, social media caption, or email, remember to embody these three principles. We're a brand that helps people feel good, and we want our message to do the same.

Brand Usage & Intellectual Property

Logo and Name Usage: Affiliates must only use the official Karma Water logo and brand name as provided in the program's creative assets. They are not permitted to alter the logo, change its colors, or use it in a way that suggests a partnership or official endorsement without explicit permission.

Prohibited Activities: The use of the Karma Water brand name in domain names, social media handles, or app names is strictly forbidden. This protects your brand's digital presence and prevents customer confusion.

Messaging: All marketing materials and messaging should be consistent with Karma Water's brand voice, product claims, and values. Affiliates should not make any false, misleading, or unapproved claims about Karma Water products.

Content & Promotional Practices

Coupon and Offer Codes: Affiliates may only promote coupon codes that have been specifically issued to them or are generic, sitewide codes approved for the affiliate program.

Email Marketing: All email marketing must be CAN-SPAM compliant and clearly state that it is a promotional message from the affiliate, not directly from Karma Water.

Social Media: Affiliates promoting Karma Water on social media must disclose their affiliate relationship using hashtags like #ad, #sponsored, or #affiliate.

Commission and Declines

Declined Orders: Commissions will be declined for reasons including but not limited to, order cancellations, product returns, and breaches of the program's terms and conditions. This protects the program's integrity and ensures you only pay for valid, final sales.

Cookie Period: Clearly state the cookie duration (e.g., "30-day cookie period"). This is the time frame in which an affiliate can earn a commission after a customer clicks their link.

Commission Basis: Reiterate that commissions are calculated on the net subtotal of the order, excluding taxes, shipping fees, and other charges.
