This Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Karma Water ("Merchant") and the affiliate ("Affiliate") participating in the Karma Water Affiliate Program through Awin. By participating in the Affiliate Program, Affiliate agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program:Affiliate must apply to join the Karma Water Affiliate Program through Awin. Merchant reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program is subject to Awin's Terms of Use.2. Commission Structure:Affiliate will earn a commission on qualified sales generated through their unique affiliate link. The commission structure, rates, and payment terms will be outlined in the Awin platform.3. Restrictions and Regulations:3.1 Prohibited Activities:Affiliate agrees not to engage in any of the following activities:a. Unsolicited email marketing (spam).b. Misleading advertising or deceptive practices.c. Promotion of violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.d. Use of false or misleading claims.e. Cookie stuffing or any other fraudulent activity.3.2 Brand Compliance:Affiliate agrees to promote Karma Water in a manner consistent with the brand's image and values. Any use of Karma Water's trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material must be approved by Karma Water in writing.4. Tracking and Reporting:All sales and commissions will be tracked through the Awin platform. Affiliate will have access to reporting tools within Awin to monitor performance and earnings.5. Payment:Commissions will be paid according to the payment terms outlined in the Awin platform. Payments will be made for qualified sales only, and refunds or chargebacks may result in commission deductions.6. Termination:Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, Affiliate must remove all affiliate links and cease promoting Karma Water immediately.7. Modification of Agreement:Merchant reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.8. Confidentiality:Affiliate agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information, including but not limited to commission rates and marketing strategies, obtained during the course of their participation in the Affiliate Program.By participating in the Karma Water Affiliate Program through Awin, Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.Effective Date: 12/19/2023Karma Water
