Branding
H4H grants the Affiliate revocable and non-exclusive permission to use the H4H logo on its marketing and communications material provided that:
a) all uses of the logo and any accompanying text is strictly in accordance with the services supplied to H4H;
b) they use supplied materials without adjustment, or any proposed artwork or feature is approved in writing by H4H's Affiliate Manager prior to use;
c) is in accordance with H4H's Branding Guidelines as issued by the H4H Affiliate Manager or updated with amendments as they occur;
d) does not infringe any of H4H's Intellectual Property Rights in relation to any trademark that H4H owns or licences;
e) the Affiliate will not incorporate, merge or combine any IPR, registered trademarks or other usual marks of H4H into any composite artwork, or attempt to register any trademark (either image or text) that includes any part of H4H's registered trademarks on any official register; and
f) the Affiliate agrees that any revocation of use of H4H trademarks will be actioned immediately upon written request by H4H.
Intellectual Property Rights
Affiliates must respect the intellectual property rights of Help for Heroes and Help for Heroes Trading Limited. These rights include trademarks, copyright and related rights, trade names and domain names, right to goodwill or to use in passing off and rights in confidential information. If an affiliate infringes these rights, we may remove them from the programme and may retain any commission that would otherwise be due to the affiliates.
Help for Heroes Trading Limited require clearance on draft proofs of any copy that is to appear in any online or offline communications.
Anyone found infringing on these terms will be contacted by the Help for Heroes Trading Limited Affiliate Team. Please note anyone found contravening the TC’s may have their commission declined and face suspension from the programme. In extreme circumstances Help for Heroes Trading Limited reserve the right to immediately suspend any affiliates found contravening these terms and conditions, declining any commission accrued from activity.

Domain Name Infringement
Using the Help for Heroes brand name, brand misspellings or similar variations in any domain names is strictly prohibited.
We do not allow Help for Heroes Trading Limited affiliates to own any misspelling of a Help for Heroes URL. Affiliates are not allowed to conduct any form of typo squatting.
Help for Heroes Trading Limited will decline commission and remove affiliates who ignore these guidelines.
