To maintain brand integrity and ensure fair promotion across all partners, Noirgaze requires affiliates to adhere to the following program guidelines:

PPC / Shopping / CSS Policy

Affiliates engaging in Google Shopping, CSS, or paid search activity must receive prior written approval from the Noirgaze team before launching any campaigns.

Unauthorized activity in this area is strictly prohibited.
Any breach of this policy will result in immediate commission cancellation and may lead to removal from the program.

For approvals or clarification, affiliates are encouraged to contact the team directly before going live.

Exclusive Codes Policy

Affiliates are only permitted to promote codes that have been explicitly approved or assigned to them.

The use of:

• Unauthorized codes
• Expired or scraped codes
• Email-exclusive or private promotional codes

is strictly prohibited.

Noirgaze reserves the right to decline commissions on any orders where unapproved codes have been used.

Voucher & Discount Code Usage

• Affiliates may only promote voucher codes provided directly through Awin or assigned specifically to them.
• Codes issued to one affiliate must not be shared or used by others.
• Any misuse of exclusive or restricted codes will result in commission being withheld.

This ensures fair attribution and protects the value of exclusive partnerships.

Commission Policy

Commission is calculated on the net order value, excluding:

• VAT
• Shipping/delivery charges
• Returns or canceled orders

Noirgaze reserves the right to adjust or reverse commissions where transactions do not meet validation criteria.

Program Changes & Notice Period

Noirgaze reserves the right to update or modify program terms at any time.
In the event of significant changes, affiliates will be given a minimum of 7 days’ notice.

Failure to comply with the above policies may result in:

• Commission reversals
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent removal from the affiliate program
