2. Commission Structure
You’ll earn commission on valid sales made via your affiliate links. The exact rate will be shared when you’re approved to join.
3. Restrictions
Don’t use our brand, trademarks, or variations in your domain names.
Bidding on our brand or similar keywords in paid search is not allowed.
No misleading or false advertising methods.
Do not promote our products on adult, hateful, or discriminatory content platforms.
4. Content and Branding
Your promotional content must respect Madeleine Thompson Cashmere’s brand values.
Don’t alter our provided logos or marketing assets without written approval.
5. Payment
Commission payments are handled through AWIN, following their schedule and policies.
Fraudulent behaviour results in immediate dismissal and forfeiture of any commissions.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to end your participation if you breach these terms or AWIN policies.
7. Updates to the Agreement
We may adjust these terms as needed. If you’re active in the programme after changes, that means you’ve accepted the new version.
8. Limitation of Liability
Madeleine Thompson Cashmere isn’t liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, or for lost profits or data due to your participation.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
