Promotions: Reed Smythe does not issue affiliate coupon codes. Public sales on reedsmythe.com may be shared only as presented — never altered, misrepresented, or promoted early.

Links & Creative: Use only official AWIN links and creatives. Do not modify assets, mirror our site, or use deceptive tactics (e.g., redirects, masked URLs, cookie stuffing).

Paid Search & Trademarks: Trademark bidding and PPC using Reed Smythe terms are prohibited without written approval. Direct linking to reedsmythe.com from paid ads is not allowed.

Compliance & Content: Affiliates must follow AWIN rules and FTC disclosure guidelines. Content must avoid offensive, misleading, or inappropriate material. All use of Reed Smythe’s IP requires approval, and confidential materials must remain protected.
