- Affiliates may not promote NiX by Nicola Harding on sites featuring obscene or adult content.
- Affiliates developing site content specifically relating to NiX by Nicola Harding should reflect our brand guidelines.
- Affiliates are not permitted to replicate the look of NiX by Nicola Harding's site or suggest in any way to the user that theirs is the merchant site.
- Affiliates must not deface or adjust logos and are encouraged to use the creative available in the Awin interface.
Creative Content
- Affiliates are requested to use the creative provided within the Awin interface without alterations.
- If you wish to develop your own creative, please contact us prior to commencing work for approval and guidance.
- Affiliates are not permitted to hardcode banners. This allows Awin to automatically update creative that is taken from their interface. If the format of your site means that hardcoding is a requirement, please contact us for written permission.
Social Activity
If you promote our products on your social platforms, you are agreeing that we may repurpose your content in our marketing channels. If we do so, we will endeavour to tag your social handle to credit the image as yours.
