Domain Restrictions:
- Affiliates are prohibited from purchasing, owning, or bidding on any domain names that include "NiX by Nicola Harding" "NiX", "Nicola Harding" or misspelling them in the URL.
- Affiliates must not include "NiX by Nicola Harding", "NiX," or "Nicola Harding" brand terms or misspelt variations in the sub-domain of their website's URL.
- For example, www.nixbynicolaharding.affiliate.com or www.nicolaharding.affiliatesite.com is not allowed.
- Affiliates may use correctly spelt "NiX by Nicola Harding", "NiX," or "Nicola Harding" brand terms after the domain of their website's URL.
- For example, http://www.affiliate.com/NiXbyNicolaHarding or http://www.affiliate.com/NiX is permissible.
Social Media Restrictions:
- Affiliates are not allowed to register the brand "NiX by Nicola Harding", "NiX," or "Nicola Harding" or any variations of them on any social media platforms, including brand + generic word or sentence combinations.
- Any attempt to register such social media accounts will be considered a breach of our terms and conditions.
Social Media Posting:
- Affiliates must not post on any official "NiX by Nicola Harding", "NiX," or "Nicola Harding" social media platforms to drive visitors to their webpage.
Paid Social Media Restrictions:
- Direct linking to "NiX by Nicola Harding", "NiX," or "Nicola Harding" websites from paid social media is prohibited.
PPC Policy:
Brand Term Bidding:
- Commissions will not be paid for any paid search activity on brand terms of "NiX by Nicola Harding", "NiX," or "Nicola Harding" without prior authorization.
Google Shopping/CSS Restrictions:
- PPC bidding restrictions also apply to Google Shopping/CSS. We request the exclusion of brand keywords as specified below.
Banned Terms:
- Affiliates are not allowed to bid on any Google-banned terms, misspellings, or derivatives of the brand names "NiX by Nicola Harding", "NiX," or "Nicola Harding".
Use of "Official":
- Please refrain from using the word "official" in your advertisements.
Discount Codes:
a. Code Promotion:
- Affiliates are encouraged to contact us for exclusive voucher/discount codes and additional incentives.
- Affiliates may only promote codes provided through the "NiX by Nicola Harding," "NiX," or "Nicola Harding" affiliate program.
Unauthorized Codes:
- We reserve the right to withhold payment of commissions if unauthorized voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale.
Expired Codes:
- Voucher codes with expiry dates should be clearly displayed, removed, or marked as expired after the due date.
De-duplication Policy:
De-duplication Channels:
- All affiliate sales are de-duplicated against various online advertising channels, including PPC, email advertising, direct partnerships, price comparison, display & retargeting advertising, and other affiliate networks.
Referral Sales:
- Referral sales will be de-duped against affiliate sales, with specific attribution rules.
Validation Policy:
Return Policy:
- Commissions will be validated in line with our returns policy, which is set at 30 days.
