Publishers must comply with platform age requirements (13+ for most social media). No promotion on adult content websites or alongside inappropriate content that could damage brand reputation.
Political Content:
Publishers cannot promote Embryolisse products on politically charged content, partisan political websites, or in connection with political campaigns or controversial political topics. Content should remain neutral and focused on beauty/skincare.
Compliance & Claims:
All skincare claims must be substantiated and comply with FDA/FTC guidelines. No false or misleading health claims. Press and media partners must clearly disclose affiliate relationships per FTC requirements.

Medical/Health Claims:
No medical or therapeutic claims about products. Stick to cosmetic benefits only. No promotion as treatment for skin conditions without medical approval.
Seasonal/Holiday Restrictions:
No unauthorized use of holiday themes or seasonal campaigns without brand approval.
