Founded by Sandra Velasquez, Nopalera brings Mexican craft and cultural intention to premium fragrance and body care. Three signature scents (Dulce de Cuerpo, Bosque Místico, Flor de Madera) anchor a complete ritual: shower gel, body polish, body cream, eau de parfum. Latina equals luxury, and we built the brand to prove it.

VOICE & MESSAGING
Do:
- Lead with scent. Fragrance is the destination; body care is the ritual around it.
- Use "ritual," never "routine."
- Name the fragrances and their worlds with specificity (ancient canals of Mexico City, mystical forests, Pueblos Mágicos).
- Weave Spanglish naturally when it fits your voice. Spell Spanish correctly, accents included: Bosque Místico, Dulce de Cuerpo, Flor de Madera.
- Reference Sandra's founder story freely. It's part of the brand.
- Use active, declarative sentences. Nopalera makes statements.
- Call out clean formulation: vegan, cruelty-free, sulfate-free, paraben-free, safe for sensitive skin.
Don't:
- Don't flatten the cultural story into aesthetic or trend language. Mexican heritage is substance, not decoration.
- Don't invent ingredient claims, clinical results, or fragrance notes. Pull from approved product copy only.
- Don't compare Nopalera directly to European luxury houses or position it as a "Mexican version of" anything.
VISUAL & ASSET USAGE
- Use only Nopalera-approved photography, logos, and product imagery provided through AWIN or sent by the brand team.
- Do not alter, recolor, crop over, or filter the Nopalera logo.
- Do not overlay text directly on product hero shots without brand approval.
- Maintain clear space around the logo. No drop shadows, outlines, or effects.
- Lifestyle imagery and UGC featuring Sandra may only be used with explicit permission.
CLAIMS & COMPLIANCE
- All product claims must match the language on Nopalera.co. No medical, therapeutic, or drug-equivalent claims.
- "72-hour hydration," "100% of women said their skin feels smoother," and dermatologist-tested claims are approved when tied to the correct SKU (Body Cream and Body Polish respectively). Don't apply them to other products.
- Pricing must reflect current SRP or active, approved promotions. No unauthorized discount codes.
- Disclose affiliate partnerships clearly per FTC guidelines.
- No bidding on branded keywords (Nopalera, Sandra Velasquez, product names) in paid search.
- No coupon or deal sites unless pre-approved in writing.
- No trademark, domain, or social handle use that could be mistaken for Nopalera's own.
CONTENT THAT'S OFF-LIMITS
- Content that sexualizes, stereotypes, or caricatures Mexican or Latina identity.
- Political content or endorsements using Nopalera products or imagery.
- Competitor comparison content that disparages other brands.
