Nopalera Affiliate Program Rules and Guidelines
Welcome to the Nopalera Affiliate Program! We are excited to have you as part of our team. Please read the following rules and guidelines carefully before participating in our affiliate program, now hosted through the Awin network.
1. Eligibility
Anyone with a valid Awin publisher account can apply to join the Nopalera Affiliate Program.
We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our discretion based on brand alignment and content quality.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates must promote Nopalera products in a positive, authentic, and ethical manner.
Affiliates are responsible for adhering to all relevant laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines for clear affiliate disclosure.
Affiliates must maintain accurate and up-to-date account and contact information within the Awin interface.
3. Promotional Methods
Affiliates can promote Nopalera through websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and other approved channels.
Use of deceptive, misleading, or "black-hat" marketing practices is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates cannot engage in spamming or any form of unsolicited communication.
4. Commissions
Affiliates will earn a commission on eligible sales generated through their unique Awin tracking links.
Commission rates and structures are subject to change; any updates will be communicated via Awin network emails or the platform dashboard.
5. Payouts
Payouts will be processed through the Awin platform according to their standard payment cycles and terms.
Affiliates must meet Awin’s minimum payment threshold and have valid payment details on file to receive funds.
6. Tracking and Reporting
Affiliates can track their real-time performance, including clicks, conversions, and commissions, through the Awin UI.
Nopalera is not responsible for external technical issues or browser settings (such as ad-blockers) that may interfere with Awin’s tracking cookies.
7. Prohibited Activities
No Self-Referrals: Affiliates cannot use their own links for personal purchases to receive discounts or rebates.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Brand bidding or using Nopalera's trademarked terms in paid search campaigns (Google, Bing, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
Brand Impersonation: Affiliates cannot create unauthorized websites or social media handles that mimic the official Nopalera brand.
8. Termination
Nopalera reserves the right to terminate any affiliate's participation for violations of these rules.
Any commissions earned through fraudulent, unethical, or prohibited activities will be voided.
9. Changes to the Program
Nopalera may modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program at any time.
Significant changes to terms or commission structures will be communicated via the Awin platform.
10. Agreement Acceptance
By joining the Nopalera Affiliate Program on Awin, you agree to abide by these rules and guidelines.
