Uwila Warrior – Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the Terms and Conditions for participation in the Uwila Warrior Affiliate Program. By applying, you agree to abide by these Terms.
Uwila Warrior administers its Affiliate Program exclusively through AWIN. All links, creatives, transactions, and commission payments are managed within this platform. Affiliates must maintain an active AWIN account to participate.
1. Agreement
By applying to be a Uwila Warrior Affiliate (“Affiliate”), you:
Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (Addendum A).
Acknowledge these Terms and our Privacy Policy form a binding agreement upon acceptance.
Represent and warrant that you are legally able to enter into this Agreement.
Agree to ensure compliance by your employees, agents, and contractors.
2. Definitions
- Uwila Warrior, we, us, our: Uwila Warrior in all forms.
You, your: The Affiliate. Our Website: www.uwilawarrior.com and future Uwila Warrior properties.
Your Website: Any site, page, or channel you control linking to our Website.
Program: The Uwila Warrior Affiliate Program.
Products: Goods sold or distributed by Uwila Warrior.
Qualifying Purchases: Purchases made when:
A customer clicks through your AWIN affiliate link.
During the same session, adds a product to their cart and completes checkout within 30 days.
The order is paid for and not cancelled, returned, or disputed.
3. Program Details
Attribution Period (Cookie Length): 30 days
Validation Period: 90 days (transactions lock after this time)
Transactions are validated twice monthly after the returns period.
Payment: Commissions are paid via AWIN on the 20th day of the calendar month following lock date.
Example: A sale on April 1 locks on June 30, payment is sent August 20.
4. Commission
Standard CPA starts at 5%.
Uwila Warrior may adjust commissions for select partners.
Commission reversals may occur for returns, cancellations, or violations of these Terms.
5. Promotions & Coupons
Affiliates may only promote promotions provided via: AWIN
All offers must display: full offer, valid expiration date, and code (if applicable).
Early promotion before an embargo date/time is prohibited.
Misrepresentation (e.g., workarounds for “new customer” codes) forfeits commission.
Affiliates may not post hidden/revealed coupon codes, scrape marketing materials, or imply exclusive redemption.
6. Website & Content Standards
Affiliate sites may not: Conduct illegal activity.
Affiliate sites may not: Contain discriminatory, pornographic, hateful, offensive, violent, religious, or political endorsement content.
Affiliate sites may not: Promote alcohol, tobacco, drugs irresponsibly.
Affiliate sites may not: Use “sex” gratuitously or excessively.
Affiliate sites may not: Promote firearms, gambling, or lotteries. Be deemed aesthetically unpleasing as advised by Uwila Warrior.
7. Linking & Creative Use
Only use affiliate links provided through AWIN.
All domains using links must be listed in your AWIN profile.
No copying/mirroring Uwila Warrior’s website or branding.
No framing, cookie stuffing, masking URLs, or redirect manipulation.
No modification of creatives without written permission.
You must use approved creatives/promotions provided by Uwila Warrior.
8. Paid Search & PPC Restrictions
Affiliates may not bid on Uwila Warrior trademarks, misspellings, or variations.
Affiliates may not use Uwila Warrior brand terms in ad headlines, copy, or meta-tags.
Direct-linking to Uwila Warrior via PPC is prohibited.
PPC activity on Uwila Warrior terms requires prior written approval.
9. Social Media
Affiliates may promote public Uwila Warrior offers on their own channels.
Example: “20% off sale at Uwila Warrior with code UWILA20.”
Affiliates may not: Post links on Uwila Warrior’s official social channels.
Run ads on social platforms using Uwila Warrior trademarks.
Affiliates must tag Uwila Warrior in their social media posts.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights in Uwila Warrior trademarks, websites, and products remain Uwila Warrior’s exclusive property. Affiliates receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use
Uwila Warrior marks solely for participation in this Program.
Affiliates may not use Uwila Warrior IP beyond approved purposes.
Affiliates must comply with all IP requests, notices, and third-party rights.
11. Confidentiality & Compliance
Affiliates must maintain confidentiality of documents/materials marked “Confidential.”
Affiliates must disclose compensation per FTC guidelines (#ad, #sponsored).
Uwila Warrior reserves the right to audit affiliate facilities and practices.
12. Termination
Uwila Warrior may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason.
Upon termination, you must immediately: Remove and stop using all Uwila Warrior links, marks, and materials.
Upon termination, you must immediately: Delete or return all creative, designs, prototypes, or product samples.
Upon termination, you must immediately: Cease promotion of Uwila Warrior.
13. Transaction Queries
- Transaction queries must be submitted within 45 days of the transaction date. Claims after this period may be declined.
