Brand Representation: Affiliates must reflect Uwila Warrior’s mission of creating colorful, comfortable underwear that celebrates women’s confidence and individuality. Content should highlight body positivity, comfort, and functionality. Discount-led or misleading messaging is not permitted.
Promotions: Uwila Warrior issues affiliate promotions through AWIN. Promotions may be shared only as presented — never altered, misrepresented, or promoted early. Unauthorized promotion or use of unapproved codes will result in forfeited commissions.
Links & Creative: Use only official AWIN links and creatives. Do not modify assets, mirror or copy Uwila Warrior’s website, or create confusion with site branding.
Prohibited tactics: Redirects, masked URLs, cookie stuffing, or hidden/revealed coupon practices.
Paid Search & Trademarks Bidding on Uwila Warrior trademarks, variations, or misspellings is prohibited without prior written approval. Direct linking to uwilawarrior.com from paid search ads is not allowed.
Uwila Warrior terms may not be used in ad copy, keywords, meta tags, or display URLs without explicit consent.
Compliance & Content: Affiliates must follow AWIN rules and FTC disclosure guidelines (e.g., #ad, #sponsored). Content must not feature offensive, hateful, pornographic, religious, or political material. No promotion of firearms, gambling, or irresponsible alcohol/tobacco/drug use.
All use of Uwila Warrior’s intellectual property (logos, trademarks, imagery) requires approval.
Confidential materials must remain protected and may not be shared publicly.
