Room 502 Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Commission Structure
Standard Commission: 10% on net sales (excluding VAT/sales tax, shipping fees, and returns).
Attribution Window (Cookie Length): 45 days.
Commissions are approved and paid after the 50-day validation period to account for cancellations or returns.
Program Restrictions
Affiliates may not bid on Room 502 brand terms or variations in paid search (including “Room 502,” “Room502.com,” “Sophie Theallet Room 502,” or coupon-related keywords).
Brand + coupon keywords (e.g., “Room 502 discount”) are strictly prohibited.
Affiliates may not misrepresent themselves as Room 502 or use brand imagery in a misleading manner.
Incentivized traffic, toolbar/browser extensions, or any fraudulent activity are not permitted.
Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates are welcome to promote Room 502 via content, social media, email, and display placements, provided these align with Room 502’s brand values of luxury, ethics, and sustainability.
Affiliates must ensure all creative and copy accurately represent Room 502 and do not make false claims.
Any promotional methods outside of these guidelines require prior written approval from the Room 502 affiliate team.
Declined Commissions
Room 502 reserves the right to decline commissions in cases including but not limited to:
Cancelled or returned orders.
Failed or fraudulent payments.
Duplicate or self-referral transactions.
Breach of program terms or unethical promotion.
Ethical Standards
Room 502 is a luxury fashion brand committed to sustainability, fair trade, and ethical production. Affiliates are expected to reflect these values in their promotions.
Any affiliate content that conflicts with Room 502’s ethical and sustainability commitments may result in removal from the program.
Program Changes & Termination
Room 502 reserves the right to modify or terminate this affiliate program, including commission rates, terms, and restrictions, at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via the network platform.
Affiliates who fail to comply with these terms may have commissions reversed and accounts terminated.
