This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of 07/01/2023, between Macondo Forever.com, a Shopify store ("Company"), and [Affiliate Name] ("Affiliate").
Enrollment and Participation
Affiliate agrees to participate in the Company's Affiliate Program. By participating, Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Affiliate Commissions
Affiliate will earn a commission for each qualifying sale made through their unique affiliate link. Commissions will be paid in accordance with the Company's commission structure as outlined in the Affiliate Program documentation.
Promotional Materials
The Company will provide Affiliate with promotional materials, including banners, links, and other marketing assets, to be used for the promotion of Company products.
Promotion Guidelines
Affiliate agrees to promote Company products responsibly and ethically. Any promotional materials or methods used must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Intellectual Property
Affiliate acknowledges that all intellectual property rights related to Company products and branding are the exclusive property of the Company.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason upon written notice to the other party.ConfidentialityAffiliate agrees to keep all non-public information regarding the Company and its products confidential and not to disclose such information to third parties.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written.
