Red Spectrum LLC provides structured business credit education and Net 30 vendor guidance services to U.S. small businesses. Affiliates must promote the brand responsibly and in compliance with all applicable advertising standards.
Brand Usage Rules
• The “Red Spectrum” brand name must not be altered, abbreviated, or modified.
• No misleading claims such as “guaranteed funding,” “instant approval,” or “guaranteed credit limits.”
• All approvals are subject to business verification and compliance review.
• Affiliates may not represent themselves as Red Spectrum employees or official representatives.
• Official logos and creatives must not be altered without written permission.
Prohibited Claims
Affiliates may NOT state or imply:
• Guaranteed loan approval
• Guaranteed funding amounts
• Instant credit approval
• No verification required
Compliance & Advertising Standards
All promotional materials must:
• Be truthful and not misleading
• Comply with U.S. advertising regulations
• Avoid exaggerated financial promises
• Clearly represent the Pro Monthly Membership as a structured credit-building service
Red Spectrum reserves the right to request modification or removal of any non-compliant promotional materials.
