Bluewater Dog Affiliate Programme – Terms & Conditions

Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commission on all valid, completed sales generated through their unique tracking links. Commission is only paid on successfully fulfilled orders and excludes returns, cancellations, shipping fees, taxes, and gift cards.

Cookie Window
We offer a 30-day cookie window. If a customer completes a purchase within this period after clicking your link, you will receive credit for the sale.

Paid Search Policy
Affiliates may not bid on branded keywords including “Bluewater Dog,” “Bluewater Dog Beds,” or any variations/misspellings. Direct linking to our website from paid search ads is strictly prohibited.

Content & Brand Guidelines
Affiliates must represent Bluewater Dog in a manner consistent with our premium brand positioning.

No false claims, misleading messaging, or unauthorized discounts

No use of unapproved brand assets or outdated creatives

Products should not be displayed alongside competitor-branded dog beds

Discounts & Promotions
Only approved discount codes may be promoted. Unauthorized coupon distribution or promotion on coupon-only sites without approval may result in commission removal.

Returns & Adjustments
Commission will be reversed for any returned, refunded, or canceled orders. Bluewater Dog reserves the right to adjust commissions accordingly.

Prohibited Activity
The following are strictly prohibited:

Trademark bidding (see Paid Search Policy)

Cookie stuffing or fraudulent activity

Spam, including unsolicited emails or misleading redirects

Use of adware, toolbars, or forced clicks

Order Validation & Payment
All transactions are subject to validation. Payments are processed through AWIN in accordance with their standard payment schedule.

Program Changes
Bluewater Dog reserves the right to update commission rates, terms, or suspend accounts at any time if policies are violated.
