Welcome to the FJackets Affiliate Program! By participating, you agree to the following terms:
Eligibility: Participation is subject to our approval. You must comply with these terms as well as the AWIN Terms of Use. We reserve the right to decline or remove affiliates at our discretion based on site content or conduct.
Commissions: You will earn commissions on valid sales generated through your unique AWIN tracking links. Please note that commissions are subject to reversal for customer returns, cancellations, or fraudulent transactions.
Restrictions: To protect our brand and customers, affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
- Sending spam or unsolicited email marketing.
- Misrepresenting FJackets' products, services, or promotions.
- Violating intellectual property or trademark rights.
- Engaging in any deceptive, misleading, or illegal activities.
Modifications & Termination: FJackets reserves the right to update these terms or terminate partnerships at any time. Continued participation constitutes your acceptance of any changes. Upon termination, all valid, undisputed commissions will be paid out via AWIN.
