This Affiliate Program Agreement governs your participation in the Affiliate Program offered by FJackets.
By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for the Program, you must agree to and comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as the ShareASale Terms of Use. The Company reserves the right to reject any application for any reason, including but not limited to website content, website design, or website conduct.
Commissions:
As an affiliate, you will receive a commission on sales that are generated through your unique affiliate link. Commissions are subject to adjustment for returns, cancellations, and fraudulent transactions.
Restrictions:
Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any activity that is illegal, deceptive, or harmful to the Company or its customers. This includes but is not limited to, the following:
- Spamming or unsolicited email marketing
- Misrepresenting the Company's products or services
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Providing false or misleading information
- Engaging in any form of illegal activity
Termination:
The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to you. You may also terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the Company. Upon termination, all commissions earned prior to termination will be paid out in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Modification:
The Company may modify the terms of this Agreement at any time, with or without notice to you. Your continued participation in the Program after any such modification shall constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.
Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Company with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
By participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
