Terms and Conditions

General Policies
Acceptance onto the Euro Car Parts affiliate program is based on a number of criteria. Only publishers who operate well designed and maintained sites will be considered. Any offensive, pornographic or illegal sites are not permitted.
Affiliates accept that in becoming a Euro Car Parts affiliate they will act in a responsible manner that does not bring Euro Car Parts and any of its associated brands, products or services into disrepute.

Prohibited Hijacking Activities

"Hijacking" refers to any deceptive or malicious practice intended to divert traffic, commissions, or credit away from legitimate sources or to gain an unfair advantage within the Program. This includes, but is not limited to:

● Typo-Squatting/Domain Squatting: Registering or using domain names that are misspellings, variations, or close resemblances of Euro Car Part's official domain or brand name to intercept traffic.
● Brand Bidding on Search Engines (PPC/SEM Hijacking): Bidding on Euro Car Part's branded keywords, trademarked terms, misspellings, or variations thereof in paid search advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) unless explicitly granted written permission by Euro Car Parts. This includes direct linking or redirecting through competitor sites.
● Cookie Stuffing/Dropping: Employing any method that attempts to place tracking cookies on a user's device without their explicit click on an affiliate link, or without the user actively engaging with content promoting Euro Car Parts.
● Forced Clicks/Pop-unders/Pop-ups: Using any method that forces clicks, opens pop-up windows, pop-under windows, or any other deceptive means to trigger an affiliate cookie without genuine user interaction.
● Direct-to-Merchant Hotlinking of Images/Content: Directly linking to images, logos, or other content hosted on Euro Car Part's servers without proper authorisation and embedding within your own legitimate promotional content.
● Manipulation of Tracking Mechanisms: Any attempt to manipulate, alter, or interfere with the Program's tracking mechanisms or attribution models.
● Impersonation: Representing yourself or your website as Euro Car Parts or an official partner in a misleading way (e.g., using official logos or branding in a manner that suggests an official relationship beyond standard affiliate terms).
● Affiliate and coupon toolbars, browser extensions, and similar functionalities (collectively, 'Toolbars') are strictly prohibited from participating in the program without express prior written consent. Any approved Toolbar must operate as a direct, standalone partner and not as a third-party intermediary or indirect participant. Violation of this provision will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of all accrued commissions.

Consequence of Hijacking:
Any Affiliate found engaging in Hijacking Activities will be immediately removed from the Program. All accrued and pending commissions will be forfeited. We will also notify Awin (our network provider) who may take further action.

Email policy
Affiliates are not permitted to send any unsolicited marketing emails directing traffic to the Euro Car Parts website or relating to Euro Car Parts related products. Such emails need to be mutually agreed on between affiliates and Euro Car Parts prior to sending out.

Promotional material/Creatives
Affiliates must not alter any of the creative material (such as banners) or text links provided by Euro Car Parts via the Awin interface, without prior consent and approval.

Consequence of Unauthorised Code Usage: Euro Car Parts reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or adjust any commission generated through the promotion or use of Unauthorised or Expired Codes.

This applies even if the Unauthorised code was technically functional at the time of the transaction. Affiliates found consistently promoting such codes may be subject to review, suspension, or termination from the Program. It is the Affiliate's responsibility to ensure that any codes they promote are officially sanctioned for public affiliate use.
All authorised codes should have the expiry date and terms and conditions clearly displayed. Codes should be removed or clearly marked as expired after the expiry date, unless advised otherwise.
