1.Enrollment: The Affiliate agrees to enroll in the Babeside's affiliate program and promote the Babeside's products or services according to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
2.Commissions: The Babeside agrees to pay the Affiliate a commission for each qualified sale or lead generated through the Affiliate's unique tracking links. Babeside has the right to declined transaction that considered to be unfaithful or not qualified.
3.Affiliate Responsibilities:
- (1)The Affiliate agrees to adhere to ethical marketing practices and only use approved promotional materials provided by the Babeside.
- (2)The Affiliate is responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4.PPC Terms and Conditions:
- (1)Bidding on brand name, brand+category, or brand+product name is strictly prohibited.
- (2)Affiliates are permitted to bid on brand+ keywords, such as brand+coupon, brand+voucher, brand+discount, etc.
- (3)Affiliates must utilize the exact match method.
- (4)The landing page must be the affiliate’s website and should not directly link to babeside.com.
5.Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of this Agreement.
