1.Enrollment:
The Affiliate agrees to enroll in the Babeside's affiliate program and promote the Babeside's products or services according to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
2.Commissions:
The Babeside agrees to pay the Affiliate a commission for each qualified sale or lead generated through the Affiliate's unique tracking links. Babeside has the right to declined transaction that considered to be unfaithful or not qualified.
3.Affiliate Responsibilities:
(1)The Affiliate agrees to adhere to ethical marketing practices and only use approved promotional materials provided by the Babeside.
(2)The Affiliate is responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4.PPC Terms and Conditions:
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from running any paid search or PPC advertisements involving our brand, including but not limited to the following:
(1)Bidding on our brand name, brand + category, or brand + product name
(2)Bidding on any brand-related keyword combinations, such as brand + coupon, brand + voucher, brand + discount, or similar variations
(3)Using any form of paid advertising that targets or includes our brand keywords, regardless of match type
(4)Directing paid traffic to any landing page that links directly to babeside.com
5.Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of this Agreement.
