Journelle Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
By joining the Journelle Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Commission Structure
Journelle pays commission on Journelle brand sales only.
20% commission on full-price items
5% commission on sale or discounted items
Commissions are calculated on net sales, excluding returns, refunds, taxes, shipping, and gift cards. Orders that are cancelled or returned are not eligible for commission.
Attribution & Tracking
The attribution window (cookie length) is 30 days from the last click.
Transactions are subject to a 50-day validation period before approval.
Journelle uses last-click attribution unless otherwise stated by the affiliate platform.
Payment
Approved commissions are paid according to the affiliate platform’s standard payment schedule.
Average payment time is approximately 66 days from transaction date.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information.
Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Journelle using approved affiliate links and creative assets.
Affiliates may not:
Bid on Journelle trademarks, branded keywords, or URLs in paid search without written approval
Use Journelle’s brand name in domain names, social handles, or misleading URLs
Promote unauthorized discounts, coupon codes, or promotions
Use spam, misleading claims, or deceptive marketing practices
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines.
Brand Representation
Journelle is a luxury brand. Affiliates are expected to represent the brand accurately and in a manner consistent with its positioning. Journelle reserves the right to request removal or modification of any content that misrepresents the brand.
Program Restrictions
Mobile app tracking is not supported
Journelle does not currently support app-based or in-app affiliate tracking
Termination
Journelle reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation in the Program at any time for violation of these terms or activity deemed harmful to the brand. Unapproved or invalid transactions may be voided.
Modifications
Journelle may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
