Brand Guidelines
Journelle is a luxury lingerie brand defined by refined design, craftsmanship, and a thoughtful customer experience. All affiliates are expected to represent Journelle in a way that reflects these values.
Approved Usage
Affiliates may use official Journelle logos, product imagery, and creative assets provided through the affiliate platform or Journelle directly. Assets may be resized for layout purposes but may not be altered, recolored, cropped in a misleading way, or combined with unapproved graphics or messaging.
Brand Voice & Positioning
Journelle should be presented as a premium, luxury brand. Content should be tasteful, accurate, and aligned with a high-quality editorial or lifestyle environment. Language that is overly promotional, misleading, sensational, or inconsistent with a luxury positioning is not permitted.
Prohibited Use
Affiliates may not:
Use the Journelle name, trademarks, or variations thereof in domain names, social media handles, or paid advertising without written approval
Bid on Journelle branded keywords or misspellings in paid search
Represent themselves as Journelle, an official Journelle partner, or an employee of the brand
Promote unauthorized discount codes, exclusive offers, or pricing claims that are not publicly available
Associate Journelle with content that is offensive, explicit, defamatory, or inappropriate
Promotional Practices
All promotions must be transparent and compliant with FTC guidelines. Affiliate relationships must be clearly disclosed. Affiliates may not use deceptive tactics such as forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or misleading calls to action.
Content Standards
Journelle reserves the right to review affiliate content at any time and request edits or removal of content that does not meet brand standards or misrepresents products, pricing, or promotions.
Enforcement
Failure to comply with these Brand Guidelines may result in commission reversals, suspension, or removal from the Journelle Affiliate Program.
