AALLYN Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Thank you for joining the AALLYN Affiliate Program through Awin. By participating in this program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Affiliate Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid account with Awin to participate in this program.
The program is only open to affiliates based in the United States. Affiliates from Canada and other countries are not eligible for commission under this program.
2. Marketing Restrictions
No PPC Bidding: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using pay-per-click (PPC) advertising or bidding on brand-related keywords, including but not limited to "AALLYN," "AALLYN bags," "AALLYN handbags," or any variations thereof. Affiliates must refrain from bidding on these keywords on Google Ads or any other PPC platform.
Exclusivity in Advertising: All advertising and marketing efforts must align with AALLYN’s brand guidelines. Affiliates may only use approved assets and are not permitted to alter any creative or product images without prior approval from AALLYN.
3. Geographic Restrictions
Commissions are only applicable for sales made from customers in the United States. Sales from Canada or other regions will not be eligible for commission.
Affiliates may not target markets outside the U.S., and should ensure that all marketing efforts are directed exclusively to U.S. customers.
4. Promotional Methods
Approved Marketing Channels: Affiliates may use blogs, social media platforms, email marketing, and websites to promote AALLYN products. Any other methods, including but not limited to direct mail, SMS marketing, or telemarketing, require prior approval from AALLYN.
Coupon Code Use: Affiliates may only promote exclusive, unique coupon codes provided by AALLYN. Coupon codes should be used only in approved marketing channels and in accordance with the terms outlined by AALLYN.
5. Commissions & Payments
Affiliates will earn a commission for each successful sale made through their unique affiliate links. The commission structure is set by AALLYN and may vary for specific campaigns or promotions.
Commissions are paid monthly via Awin, and payments are processed in accordance with Awin’s payment schedule and methods.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Fraudulent Activity: Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to self-referrals, click fraud, or manipulating tracking systems, will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of any earned commissions.
Misrepresentation: Affiliates may not make any false or misleading claims about AALLYN products or services, and must adhere strictly to the messaging outlined by AALLYN.
7. Termination of Agreement
AALLYN reserves the right to terminate any affiliate from the program at any time without notice if the affiliate is found in violation of these terms and conditions.
Upon termination, affiliates must cease all marketing and promotional activities related to AALLYN and remove any affiliate links or content associated with AALLYN from their platforms.
8. Intellectual Property
Affiliates acknowledge that they do not have any ownership or rights to AALLYN’s brand, logos, product images, or other intellectual property except as necessary for promoting the brand under the guidelines outlined in this agreement.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the United States. Both parties agree to resolve disputes through arbitration before taking any legal action.
10. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any material changes to the agreement.
By participating in the AALLYN Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to adhere to these terms as well as Awin’s network standards.
