As we only offer insurance policies to customers living within the United Kingdom, the Home Emergency Assist brand must not be promoted on websites external to the UK and therefore we can only accept UK affiliates to the program.

What products qualify for commission?
All home emergency cover products (enhanced or premium, excluding standard) along with kitchen appliance insurance qualify for a commission payment.
Home emergency products include:
- Boiler & Central Heating
- Plumbing & Drainage
- Complete Cover
What products don’t qualify for commission?
Boiler Service add on will not qualify for a commission payment.
Brand Terms
Affiliates shouldn’t bid on any keywords featuring the Home Emergency Assist brand name, including misspellings
Affiliates shouldn’t bid on any keywords featuring competitor brand names
Other Program Rules
- A 90-day validation period will apply to sales through cashback sites
- Sales generated from duplicate IP addresses will be declined
- Commission is payable for new customers only (defined as not having held a Home Emergency Cover or Appliance product within the last 12 months)
- Commission will not be paid in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or discount code unless listed on this page
Brand Guidelines & Compliance
Home Emergency Assist is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and as such we are legally required to stipulate clear messaging about our products and services. We will supply approved copy to promote the brand and any specific products and affiliates may be audited on a monthly basis and following any new product releases to ensure compliance.
Any affiliate not compliant with up-to-date generic and/or product-specific messaging may be suspended from the programme.
