Unless explicitly authorized otherwise by Avver Aglow, the following Program restrictions apply.
Brand Usage
Affiliates are to at all times adhere to the Official Avver Aglow Brand Guidelines in the use of the brand name, logo and related images.
Affiliates are not allowed to register the brand, Avver Aglow, or any variation of it on any social media platform. This includes and does not limit to brand + generic word or sentence as well generic word or sentence + brand.
Use the word ‘official’ in conjunction with Avver Aglow or any variations, in any media or advertisements, is prohibited.
Domain Usage
Affiliates are not permitted to purchase, own or bid on any domain names with the word “Avver Aglow” or “= “variations or misspellings of such in the URL. For example, info.avverrraglow.com.
Affiliates may use correctly spelled Avver Aglow Brand Terms after the domain of their website’s URL. For example, http://www.affiliate.com/avveraglow.
Avver Aglow does pay commissions on international sales.
Keyword Usage
Brand bidding, along with any variations, is not permitted on any search engine or keyword-based advertising platform. Affiliates may use generic keywords.
Restrictions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Averr Aglow
- Averr
- Averr aglow skincare
- Averraglow.com
- Averraglow
- Averaglow
- Averraglow promo codes
- Averr aglow coupon
- Clear skin kit
- Avera glow
- Averaglo
- Avery glow
Use of any brand keywords, along with keywords such as coupons, codes, promo codes, vouchers. discounts, etc. is prohibited.
Use of any Avver Aglow domains, or variations, as keywords is prohibited.
Direct linking to Avver Aglow websites from paid search ads is prohibited.
PPC affiliates are not allowed to bid on any Google banned terms or misspellings, or derivatives, in relation to Avver Aglow brands or products.
Commissions will not be paid where there is evidence of any paid search activity on brand terms without prior authorization. This includes permutations, misspellings and broad matches containing brand terms.
Social Media
Affiliates must not post on any Avver Aglow social media platform in order to attempt to drive visitors to their webpage. Avver Aglow social media platforms include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube under the Avver Aglow brand.
Direct linking to Avver Aglow website from paid social media is prohibited
Coupons and Promo Codes
Coupons, promo codes and other incentives may be available to Avver Aglow Affiliates. Please contact us for details on how to receive exclusive promos.
Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the Avver Aglow affiliate program (either through our account or directly from Avver Aglow’s Affiliate Manager). Any transactions using other codes will not be approved.
Avver Aglow reserves the right to withhold payment of commission if unauthorized coupon/promo codes are used in an affiliate sale. We appreciate that consumers may use coupon codes that they have found via a site other than that which is awarded the sale and this will be investigated before decisions on commission payment are made. Any affiliate found to be displaying unauthorized codes may also have their commission set to zero until the code(s) are removed.
Where coupon codes are issued with an expiration date this should be clearly displayed, and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this due date unless you are advised otherwise.
De-duplication Policy
All affiliate sales are de-duplicated against other online advertising channels using a local cookie on the merchant platform. De-duplication channels include:
- Email Advertising
- PPC Brand
- PPC Generic
- Display & Retargeting Advertising
- Social Advertising
- Direct Partnerships
- Shopping Channels
Social Content Creators
All affiliate content on social media must be ASA compliant, read the ASA Guide here. If you wish to use affiliate links within your Instagram Stories and other social channels, use #ad as a valid identifier to be ASA compliant.
