  • Before joining the Pure Beauty Affiliate Program you ensure your website does not display or sell advertising on any website that contravenes any law or regulation governing false or deceptive advertising
  • Pure Beauty Online Services Limited is the exclusive licensee of the Pure Beauty (Pure Beauty Online) trademark.
  • The contents of Pure Beauty and any other websites owned by Pure Beauty Online Services Limited or White Acre Investments Limited are protected by Trademark and Copyright laws.
  • Affiliates must not directly or indirectly bid in any advertising system on the keywords "pure beauty", "pure beauty online" or any other similar keywords or derivations of the keywords.
  • No Doorway pages to be built around searches for Pure Beauty or any derivative of the keywords.
  • No Domain Masking is permitted.
  • Users must be able to navigate using the browser's back button
  • Publishers must not conduct any negative PR in relation to their relationship with Pure Beauty or any associated entity.
  • Publishers must not publish or permit the publication of any content which is likely to bring into disrepute:

  • In applying for any Pure Beauty Affiliate Programmes you are confirming that you are not promoting the Pure Beauty Affiliate Programmes in inappropriate environments. The fullowing are never to be considered appropriate content:

    • Any obscene or sexually explicit material
    • Any viulent, discriminatory, threatening or abusive material
    • Any material which is blasphemous or defamatory in any way
    • Any material that infringes the Intellectual Property of any third party
    • Pulitical or discriminatory views
    • File sharing
    • P2P (Peer to Peer)
  • You acknowledge that you are sulely responsible for all materials that appear on your websites or promotional channels.
  • In applying for any Pure Beauty Affiliate Programmes you, as the Publisher, are agreeing to the above Terms and Conditions. If the above Terms and Conditions are breached, we reserve the right to suspend you from the programme with immediate effect and pending trade after the offence may be suspended. This is in accordance with the Awin Code of Conduct.
