Pure Beauty Programme Restrictions

Unless authorised otherwise by Pure Beauty, the following Programme restrictions apply:

1. Affiliates are not permitted to purchase, own or bid on any domain names with the word ‘pure-beauty’ or misspellings Pure Beauty in the URL
2. Affiliates must not include Pure Beauty Brand Terms, or misspelled variations of the Terms, in the sub-domain of their website.
3. Affiliates may use correctly spelled Pure Beauty Brand Terms within the URL of their domain as a sub or mini site.
4. Affiliates are not allowed to register the brand Pure Beauty or any variation of it on any social media platform. This includes but is not limited to:
   • brand terms + keyword word or generic sentence
   • key word or generic sentence + brand terms.
   • Any attempt to register such social media accounts will be a direct breach of the Awin terms and conditions, in particular section 7. Intellectual Property Rights of the Awin code of conduct.
5. Affiliates must not post on any official Pure Beauty social media platform in order to attempt to drive visitors to their webpage. We use the following social media platforms at the moment and this is not an exhaustive list:
   1. Facebook
   2. Twitter
   3. Instagram
6. Direct linking to any Pure Beauty website from paid social media is not permitted.
7. Publishers are only allowed to promote codes which are available within the affiliate channel. This includes onsite codes, codes which have been uploaded to the Awin interface, codes from affiliate newsletters or codes which have been communicated to the publisher directly.

We will suspend any Affiliate who does not abide by these restrictions with immediate effect and set their Commission Rate to 0%.

Cost Per Click

Commissions will not be paid where there is evidence of any paid search activity on Pure Beauty Brand Terms without prior authorisation. This includes permutations, misspellings and broad matches containing brand terms. Restrictions include, but are not limited to:

• pure-beauty.co.uk
• www.pure-beauty.co.uk
• Pure Beauty Online
• Pure Beauty Offers
• Pure Beauty Vouchers
• Pure Beauty Voucher Codes
• Pure Beauty Discount codes
• Pure Beauty Codes

Discount Codes

We encourage Affiliates to contact us direct for exclusive discount codes and additional incentives.

• Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the Pure Beauty Affiliate Programme.
• We reserve the right to withhold payment of commission if unauthorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale.
• Any Affiliate found to be displaying unauthorised discount codes may also have their commission set to zero until the code(s are removed.

All of our discount cards have an inbuilt expiry date which will be provided to the Affiliate at the point of request. The expiry date should be clearly displayed alongside the discount code and the Affiliate should remove the discount code from their published content the day of the expiry date.
