Breaches & Enforcement
If you breach our terms, our partnership may be suspended and your commission reduced or removed.
General Rules
- Follow all advertising laws and standards.
- VOCLA is 18+ only — don’t promote it to under-18 audiences.
- Be mindful that some products may be considered adult or sensitive.
- Do not copy or closely replicate VOCLA website content without permission. It is copyright-protected.
- Commission is not paid on orders where the customer is the publisher.
- Commission is not paid if the click-to-purchase time is less than 10 minutes.
Branding
- Brand terms are: VOCLA and VA Club
- Use VOCLA, VA, and VA Club correctly — they are trademarked.
- Refer to the business as VOCLA or VOCLA.com.
- Describe VA Club as a men’s underwear subscription.
- Do not alter logos or place them next to competitors.
- Always use up-to-date images, copy, and offers.
- Do not use VOCLA brand terms in domains, ads, or SEO tactics without permission.
Paid Advertising (PPC) Affiliates
- Do not bid on or use VOCLA brand terms in ads.
- This includes variations like “VOCLA discount code”.
- Violations will result in immediate removal.
Discount Code Affiliates
- MARCH 2026 UPDATE: No new discount code affiliates are being accepted due to poor industry practices where last click attribution is stolen from other affiliates. Current discount code sites are regularly reviewed for compliance with our terms.
- Only promote codes provided through the affiliate program.
- No commission is paid on unauthorised or expired codes.
- Prohibited practices include:
- Displaying fake, expired, or scraped codes
- Displaying any codes obtained in any other way other than through AWIN
- Browser extensions, apps, or similar, that auto-apply codes and/or steal last click attribution from other affiliates
- Fake reviews or misleading information in a brand profile
- Displaying competitor codes amongst ours
- Breaches will result in commission removal and/or termination of the partnership.
Cashback Affiliates
Customers cannot use cashback and discount codes together.
Social Media Affiliates
VOCLA may reuse your content (with credit where possible).
Email Marketing Affiliates
- No spamming is allowed.
- Must comply with GDPR.
VA Club
No commission if a subscription is cancelled or paused within a month.
Referrals
Commission only applies to sales on VOCLA.com (not marketplaces like eBay).
Sub Networks
Your network should prevent discount code or similar advertisers from using our programme. The partnership will be terminated if this is not possible.
