OHS Terms and Conditions
By applying to join the Online Home Shop, OHS, affiliate programme, you agreeing to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Any breach of the terms and conditions may result in exclusion from the OHS affiliate programme.
Commission approved within 60 days.

Content
Affiliates are, at all times, responsible for the promotion of Online Home Shop and must adhere to the latest ASA regulations. Affiliates must ensure that all affiliate links posted on social media clearly highlight that there is an affiliate relationship and must not be confused with non-sponsored content.
Affiliates must avoid content which can be interpretated as ‘spamming’ or bringing dispute to the company or brand and must only republish content that comes from onlinehomeshop.com.
Affiliates are permitted to send solus emails to their databases – Online Home Shop branding and guidelines must be adhered to. Before send-out, affiliates should obtain permission and creative sign off from Online Home Shop. Please be in touch with the OHS affiliate manager to request any creatives.
Brand Bidding
Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on, purchasing, or otherwise using Online Home Shop branded keywords, trademarks, misspellings, variations, or derivatives in any paid search activity, including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo, or other search platforms.
Prohibited terms include but are not limited to:
- “Online Home Shop”
- “OnlineHomeShop”
- “OHS”
- “Online Home Shop discount”
- “Online Home Shop voucher”
- “Online Home Shop sale”
Affiliates may not:
- Bid on branded terms or close variants
- Use branded terms in ad copy, display URLs, or destination URLs
- Direct-link from paid search ads to the Online Home Shop website
- Use typo domains or misspellings relating to Online Home Shop
Any breach of this policy may result in:
- Immediate removal from the affiliate programme
- Commission reversals
- Suspension without notice
Cashback / Voucher Sites
Online Home Shop reserves the right to monitor affiliate PPC activity at any time. Affiliates found in breach of PPC or trademark bidding restrictions may have commissions declined and may be removed from the programme immediately. Repeated violations may result in permanent exclusion.
Affiliates may not use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iFrames, automatic redirects, pop-unders, image stuffing, JavaScript redirects, or any method designed to set affiliate tracking cookies without the user’s explicit knowledge and intentional click action.
Clicks must result from a genuine, user-initiated action on clearly visible affiliate content.
Affiliates may not distribute or operate browser extensions, plugins, toolbars, shopping assistants, coupon extensions, desktop software, or mobile applications that:
- Inject affiliate tracking links
- Replace existing affiliate cookies
- Trigger affiliate clicks automatically
- Interfere with other publishers’ tracking
- Override attribution from other marketing channels
- Display pop-ups or overlays on the Online Home Shop website
- Redirect users without explicit user consent
All software-based promotional methods must be disclosed to and approved in writing by Online Home Shop prior to promotion.
Affiliates may not register, purchase, own, operate, or use any domain names, subdomains, social media handles, or URLs that contain:
- Online Home Shop
- OnlineHomeShop
- OHS
- Misspellings, variations, or confusingly similar adaptations of the Online Home Shop brand
This includes typo domains, homoglyph domains, or domains intended to imitate or misrepresent the Online Home Shop brand or website.
Affiliates may not create websites or landing pages designed to appear as an official Online Home Shop property.
Attribution Hyjacking
Affiliates may not engage in attribution hijacking or commission interception practices, including but not limited to:
- Injecting affiliate tracking immediately prior to checkout
- Replacing or overwriting another affiliate’s tracking cookie
- Intercepting organic, direct, email, paid search, or other marketing traffic
- Triggering affiliate tracking where no genuine referral activity has occurred
Online Home Shop reserves sole discretion in determining legitimate referral attribution.
Adware / Malware
Affiliates may not use spyware, malware, adware, malicious scripts, deceptive software installations, or any technology that negatively impacts the user experience or interferes with Online Home Shop systems, tracking, or brand reputation.
Incentivised Clicks
Affiliates may not incentivise clicks, impressions, or tracking events through misleading rewards, fake offers, forced actions, or non-transparent promotional methods.
Online Home Shop reserves the right to investigate affiliate traffic sources and promotional methods at any time. Affiliates must provide full transparency regarding traffic acquisition methods upon request.
Affiliates are responsible for the actions of any subcontractors, media buyers, sub-affiliates, partner networks, or third-party traffic sources used to promote Online Home Shop.
Termination
Online Home Shop reserve the right to terminate any affiliate or affiliate programme at any time
