Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions

  • Affiliates are not allowed to use any creative for their promotions that have not been supplied by Mymoneycomparison and made available on Affiliate Window.
  • Affiliates are not allowed to display offers, discounts or promotions in their ad-text or content pages that are not available on the Mymoneycomparison website
  • Affiliates are not allowed to perform PPC activity directly to the merchant site without prior consent.
  • Content on the Mymoneycomparison website cannot be copied directly onto the affiliate website. If the copy is used, then it must be changed by at least 40% with approval from the team at Mymoneycomparison
  • All transactions are subject to validation - leads submitted without the correct & valid customer contact details will be declined. We also duplicate against some channels as outlined in the de-duplication section. (each lead will come with a unique ID ref number, this will allow us to match up with our database and ensure correct payments are made)
  • We can only accept leads from the UK, excluding Northern Ireland

PPC

Members of our program are not permitted to bid on Mymoneycomparison brand keywords (including misspellings) or use our display URL.
This includes any phrase using the following keywords (upper or lower case):

Mymoneycomparison, My Money Comparison, Mymoneycomparison.com

Additionally, affiliates may not use our domain names in the display URL of pay-per-click adverts.No commission in any given month will be paid to affiliates who breach our guidelines and affiliates may be removed from the program.

Discount & Coupon Codes sites we no longer accept.

Voucher codes

We do not accept sales using discounts or voucher codes that have not been explicitly given to that affiliate.

If any affiliate is found to be breaking any of the above terms, they will be asked to amend their promotions. Consistent failure to comply with these rules will result in the affiliate being removed from the program and commissions being set to zero.
