Shipping Terms & Conditions
All purchases on our website will be sent by Hermes Tracked 48 and are posted out the same day as the order, so long as the order is made before 3pm. If not, the order is posted the following day.
Please allow 2-5 days for the package to be Delivered, Contact us if the parcel has not been received within this time frame.
Orders under £30.00 will be a charge of £1.95
Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday. If order is placed on Saturday it will be processed on Monday. November/ December orders will be dispatched on Saturday if placed before 12:00pm
Any problems with delivery should be followed up with Hermes as this is beyond our control. https://www.myhermes.co.uk/

Next Day delivery by DHL - Orders placed by 3pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered before 5pm the next business day, Orders placed by 3pm Friday will be delivered before 5pm on the following Monday (bank holidays excluded).
Saturday Delivery by DHL or Fedex - £9.99
DPD and FeDex Saturday Delivery - Orders placed by 4pm on a Friday will be delivered before 5pm on Saturday
Returns.
Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of goods should you wish to return your item( s). The cost of the product only will be refunded. (Scentsational Perfumes do not refund postal charges) Postage costs will only be refunded if the merchandise received were incorrect, faulty or damaged upon receipt.
If the product was sent incorrect, faulty or damaged. A free returns label will be sent by emailing sales@scentsational.com
Please Note: Whilst free delivery is on going the cost of the actual postage will be deducted from the price of the item.
All returned products will be refunded or exchanged provided they have not been opened or used. In the interests of hygiene and for obvious safety and health concerns, we cannot accept merchandise that has been opened or had its seal or other wrappings opened or tampered with.
For Broken or Missing items photographic evidence will need to be provided within 7 days from receipt.
Please ensure that returns are sufficiently wrapped and packed for posting, as items damaged during return may only receive a part refund. Please make sure any returns are sent by a tracked postal Service.
Any items returned to sender via Royal Mail "Not Called For" will be refunded for the cost of the merchandise only, and the order then cancelled.
PPC Terms
• It is strictly forbidden for any partners to bid on Scentsational trademarks, brand name(s), or any derivations/misspellings - with or without spaces, in any SEM campaigns.
• “Scentsational”, “Scentsationalperfumes” and all variations thereof must be added as negative keywords in all PPC campaigns
• “Scentsational” (or variations thereof) must not appear in any paid advertising as the display URL, nor can it appear in the main domain of any partner’s website
• Partners are also forbidden from bidding on any trademarks or individual brand names
• Partners in breach of our terms may face the reversal of some (or all) pending pay-outs and other penalties – potentially including removal from the programme
Website Restrictions
• Partners are not permitted to use any mis-spell domains which could be confused with our own website or that of any of our industry partners
• Partners must not mask or cloak their URLs
• Embedding our website or content in an Iframe is strictly forbidden
Voucher Codes:
The use of Voucher codes not currently listed on the Scentsational programme may result in reversed or cancelled commissions.
Please only list those vouchers that are live and listed on the Scentsational website or programme.
